FS2004 cessna C337 flightdynamics patch for fuel tank selector.

Note: must use new .AIR file
Changes:
.air file: Left and right fuel tank has same priority, was left first.
Aircraft.cfg: Assign fuel tank selector for 2 switches.
Panel.cfg: Add a window Nr.2 with the Beech Baron throttle and Fuel Selctors.
Now one can switch to left, right and both tanks. The Left tank empty only situation should be cured.
Basically the Aux tanks should empty first and then the left/right main tanks. Aux tanks can not be selected with the simple Baron gauge.
